You opened the company, landed your first customers and bill in dollars. RBG accelerates, advises and invests in founders who made the leap and want to scale.
The people who'll look at your company have built their own.
Seven fronts, seven opinions. This is the board you pitch to on Demo Day — and the one that decides whether RBG comes in as a partner, with capital or smart money.

The leap
From the first customer to a company that runs without you.
Founders who make the leap aren't afraid of work. What blocks the next step is something else: structure. And structure is built with method — not with more of the owner's hours.
Courage
You came.
You opened a company in the United States. Entity, bank account, first customers. You did what most people only plan.
Traction
You grew.
Growth ran on the owner. Every sale, every hire, every decision goes through you — and for now, it works.
The step
You hit the ceiling.
Margin is a feeling, not a number. There's no leadership team. Hiring doesn't fix it. The company is worth less than it should — and it isn't investable.
Method
You decide.
60 or 120 days with RBG's seven fronts: margin in numbers, sales with a process, a team that decides without you. A new cohort on the 10th, every month.
Demo Day
You present.
Your company in front of the RBG board. Capital or smart money. A company that pays its owner every month — and that someone wants to buy.
Business acceleration · Brazilian-owned companies in the U.S.
Predictable cash. Dividends in your pocket.
For founders who already have revenue and want the company to pay them every month — without depending on them for everything. Services, retail, construction, healthcare. Run by Deploy, RBG's education arm.

Two formats · one method
Sprint or Acceleration? It depends on how much of the company you want to change.
Both run on the board's seven fronts, each led by the person accountable for it. The Sprint fixes one or two fronts in 60 days. The Acceleration works through all seven in 120 days and ends at Demo Day.

Who it's for
You already know where it hurts — margin, sales, a team that won't decide — and you want it fixed now, with people who have done it before.
How it works
Diagnosis across the 7 fronts at kick-off; you pick one or two. Four live biweekly sessions with the person accountable for that front. Between sessions, tasks with deadlines and the Deploy team on WhatsApp.
What you leave with
The chosen front with a process, a number and an owner — and an action plan running by day 60.

Who it's for
The company has revenue, but it depends on you for everything. You want predictable cash, dividends in your pocket and a company worth investing in.
How it works
Eight biweekly sessions: one front per session, one deliverable per session. The accelerated-company platform — track, tasks, metrics, materials — and the Deploy team between sessions, in the platform and on WhatsApp.
What you leave with
Margin in numbers, a first tier that decides, an acquisition machine running. And Demo Day: your company in front of the RBG board, the door to investment.

Frequently asked
What founders ask before the leap with RBG.
Short answers on acceleration, investment, pricing and the Pitch Day. Everything else, through the form.
What is Royal Business Growth (RBG)?
RBG is an accelerator, advisory board and investor for Brazilian-owned companies in the United States, based at its hub in Orlando, Florida. It accelerates in 60- or 120-day programs, advises through a board of seven advisors who built their own companies, and invests, through its investment committee, in companies that show up with real numbers.
Does RBG invest in Brazilian-owned companies in the U.S.?
Yes. RBG invests capital or smart money in Brazilian-owned companies in the United States that went through the acceleration or won the Pitch Day. The criterion is structure before scale: margin as a number, a sales process, and a team that decides without depending only on the owner.
Who is the acceleration for?
For Brazilian founders who already opened a company in the United States and bill in dollars: services, retail, construction, healthcare, food, technology. Mostly Florida, Orlando and the surrounding region, with online sessions for the rest of the country. Not for founders who have not opened the company yet.
How much does it cost and how long does it take?
Two tracks: the 60-day Sprint, four live biweekly sessions with the advisor who owns the front; and the 120-day Acceleration, eight sessions, one front per session, one deliverable per session and a Demo Day with the board. Pricing varies with company size and the fronts you choose: programs run between US$ 3,000 and US$ 10,000, and the exact number comes out of the no-cost diagnosis call. Kick-off 48 hours after enrollment, in Orlando and online.
What is the Pitch Day?
The event where Brazilian-owned companies pitch for five minutes, no slides, to RBG's board, scored on a hundred-point scorecard. Two editions have been held in Orlando; the third is on December 5, 2026. Winners earn acceleration and a shot at investment. Applications go through the form on this page.
Where is RBG and how do I reach the team?
At the Royal Hub, 2121 S Hiawassee Rd, Ste 120, Orlando, FL 32835, with a Delaware entity. The fastest path is the form below: a no-cost diagnosis and a reply within 48 hours. On Instagram, @royalbusinessgrowth; on YouTube, Pitch Day RBG.
